**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits.
- Develop and maintain professional, functional working relationships with restaurant employees and guests.
- Harmonize communication between front-end and back-end staff.
- Managing employees to improve unit operations and the guest experience.
- Assist in executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and restaurant objectives, strategies, and tactics.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
- Guarantee the proper operational condition of equipment, building structure and premises according to the procedures.
- Consistently monitor that all employees are following company protocol and guidelines.
- Help hire, train, and coach staff, providing assistance and guidance when needed.
- Expense supervision when it comes to labour, food, and product orders.
- Assist General Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the company unit.
- Ensure customers have an outstanding dining experience using our company standards for exquisite customer service.
- Verifying kitchen and dining areas' supply needs, placing orders, and assisting with inventory.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Ensure adequate levels of food, paper, kitchen, safety, janitorial, uniform, linen, and miscellaneous supplies.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Assist in the completion of all required reports and paperwork.
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1+Years full-service restaurant.
- Leadership and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexibly hours, including nights, weekends, and Holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards on food storage and handling techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
