Our client is looking for a **Licensed Insurance Professional **to join their growing team For this position, the successful applicant will hold either their **OTL or RIBO** license and will work in office in the Grimsby, Ontario location.

**What You Will Do**:

- Providing knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
- You will achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality.
- In conjunction with Supervisors, participate and provide input into team meetings, standards, procedures and special projects.

**What you have**:

- Retail Customer Service or Sales experience, with preference in the property and casualty insurance industry
- **A valid OTL/RIBO license as an asset**:

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Post-secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset
- Ability to travel to and work full time in office
