What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Security Analyst within our PayByPhone line of business based in Vancouver, Canada. A successful IT Security Analyst will provide Business and IT Security analysis services for stakeholders. The Security Analyst will perform or work on security event monitoring, investigations and security posture reporting, security and compliance assessments and reviews, scheduled compliance tasks, and IT security projects & initiatives - (GRC tooling and automation).

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing security analyst services for PayByPhone teams
- Working with then Technology and business teams to ensure PBP is compliant
- Participating in business, technical and vendor security requirements and reviews
- Contributing and supporting compliance efforts & evidence collection and monitoring
- Maintaining and enhancing operational security controls and enforce
- Monitoring and reporting environment for information security concerns.
- Actively participating in incident response planning and execution
- Working with Technology group on Security aspect of projects.
- Contributing to information security policy, processes & enforcement
- Contributing to IT security projects & initiatives - (GRC tooling, automation, dashboards & more)
- Security Operation Centre (SOC) - provide first level response to security alerts
- Maintaining your personal data plan to fulfill your responsibilities for on-call support.
- Participating in security questionnaires and RFP responses
Education & Experience
- 2- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Post-secondary education or combination of experience and capability
- Certifications in A+, Network+, Security+, CISSP, CCSP, PCIP would be an asset
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in General IT projects and common technologies related to security, antivirus, firewalls, and web filtering
- AWS Cloud & Security tooling knowledge
- API Security Knowledge
- Windows & Mac laptop/mobile environments
- Scripting or programming skills
- Clear communication and understanding of industry terms is required.
- Be able communicate the whys and risks of a security issue to teams in a persuasive manor - to achieve buy-in
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $95K - $115K CAD annually. We consider several factors when determining a proposed hourly rate, including but not limited to: experience, education, location, budget, and internal equity. Our compensation philosophy emphasizes fairness and consistency, and job offers will be evaluated case-by-case.
