- Establish rituals and processes / coach structure for new team, example rituals (standup, grooming, planning, design, retros, discovery, software delivery best practices, OKRs and roles )-
- Facilitate team retrospectives and develop team accountability for their commitments.-
- With team, set and drive team performance measures to assess progress and accelerate learning.-
- With the Product Owner, establish consistent and visible communication.-
- Working with teams to analyze current practices and processes to then design a plan to adopt best practices for positive change.-
- Teach and mentor agile processes / best practices, when required-
