We are looking for a highly motivated **IT Project Manager PMP(Agile/Scrum Master)** to help us drive innovation at BrainFinance. This role will involve estimating phases of each project, as well as planning, mobilization, execution, and closure. You keep stakeholders updated regularly on progress and status, manage risks and issues, and monitor performance. Manage web and mobile financial technology products. Lead the new products loans, credit cards, bnpl, payments, rewards, and banking platforms for direct-to-consumer.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans in JIRA, including timelines, roadmaps and resource allocation, and task assignments.
- Curate the Backlog of the project in JIRA.
- Coordinate and communicate project progress, status, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct regular project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Monitor and control project budgets and resources.
- Mitigate risks and proactively address issues that may impact project success.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale.
- Support developers before, during, and after deployments; serve as a link between different teams.

**What We Look For**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in IT and Lending/Fintech/Banking industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and associated technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP certification is a plus.
