**About Refresh**
Refresh Carpet & Upholstery Care has served Greater Vancouver since 2006, delivering professional, high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. Now backed by Coronation Business Group, we’re growing — and evolving how we run our operations.
We’re looking for a capable **Field Foreman** to join our team: someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get hands-on, and then step up as a leader for our field technicians as we scale.
**What This Role Looks Like**
You’ll start by learning the ropes as a technician — deep-cleaning carpets and upholstery using our high-end equipment, while gradually taking on leadership responsibilities.
This is a **working lead** role with clear plans to shift more into **training, onboarding, and daily field oversight** as new hires join.
Ideal for someone from a skilled trade, cleaning, or restoration background who enjoys mentoring others and takes pride in running a tight, respectful team.
**What You’ll Do**
- Perform deep cleaning services using steam extractors and other equipment (training provided).
- Learn our workflow, equipment, and customer service standards.
- Mentor, train, and support new technicians as they’re hired.
- Monitor quality of field work and communicate with the office team.
- Lead by example: professionalism, punctuality, and pride in work.
**What You Bring**
- Experience in a skilled trade, restoration, or hands-on service field.
- Passion in customer service oriented industry
- Strong work ethic, self-direction, and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication (with both customers and coworkers).
- Experience leading or mentoring others in a team setting.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Willingness to start hands-on and transition into team leadership.
**Why Join Refresh**
- **Full-time salaried role** - no piece work or unstable shifts.
- **Growth-focused position** - clear track to team leadership and training responsibilities.
- **Company truck** - take-home vehicle provided.
- **Extended health & dental** - plus continuing education reimbursement and training.
- **Supportive team** - small, close-knit crew with direct access to ownership.
**Ready to take the next step in your trade career — with leadership responsibilities and long-term growth?**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
**Benefits**:
- Company car
- Company events
- Dental care
