**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices.
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Support team members in various kitchen tasks, including food handling, meal preparation, and cleaning duties.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to operational protocols.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and expand culinary skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
