Accuenergy is an international based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively and consistently with both the sales team and internal operations teams to ensure smooth workflows, alignment of priorities, and effective execution of business objectives.
- Proactively identifying inefficiencies, gaps in processes, or potential issues before they arise, and developing thoughtful, actionable solutions to present as options to the sales team for consideration and implementation.
- Assisting in establishing professional connections with prospects and clients, as well as supporting the sales team by managing basic sales communications to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely follow-up.
- Participating in sales calls alongside team members to observe conversations, contribute where appropriate, and provide detailed assistance with note-taking to capture critical information and action items accurately
- Coordinating effectively between various internal teams and departments to align activities, share information, and help maintain consistent progress on shared goals and deliverables.
- Re-engaging with customers who are at risk of churning by reaching out to them proactively, addressing their concerns, and creating opportunities for the sales team to rebuild trust and strengthen the client relationship.
- Preparing and sharing clear, visually organized insights through spreadsheets and related reporting tools to provide the sales and operations teams with accessible information that supports decision-making.
- Performing accurate and timely data entry to support internal tracking systems, document detailed meeting notes, and contribute to analytics that inform business strategies and performance measurement.

**Job Requirements**
- Young worker/new grad eager to learn but with ideally 0.5 - 1 years’ experience in a manufacturing atmosphere.
- 1 year of experience in sales assistant or similar role.
- Bonus if previous experience in project management/customer service/dispatcher-logistics
