**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and restaurant policies.
- Handle cash management and POS transactions efficiently using Micros POS systems.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Develop schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain operations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated team management skills.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Background in cooking or kitchen operations is highly desirable.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Previous experience in interviewing and hiring staff is preferred.
- Knowledge of barista practices or hotel management is an advantage but not required. Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
