Role:
*Responsible for managing the onsite experience and the damage free transport of household goods, furniture, and commercial equipment from origin to destination.

*Inspect the truck for all required equipment, supplies, safety defects before and after trips, maintains driver logs and operates the truck safely in accordance with all traffic and parking regulations.

*Deliver You Move Me's four Quality Focus Areas with every customer: Friendly uniformed driver's, Clean shiny trucks, On-time service, and Up-front rates.

*Effectively manage a moving crew of 2-3 movers to ensure safe and efficient packing, loading and unloading of goods, materials, and equipment.

*Prepares accurate and complete on-site moving and packing estimates for customers planning to move locally and follows pricing guidelines established by the company.

*Effectively problem solve on-site to successfully overcome most customer concerns.
*Implements in-field marketing tactics and performs all administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:
*Valid Driver's License with clean Driver's Abstract
*Ability to pass a criminal background check
*Committed to a high level of customer service
*Excel in a position of independence and responsibility
*Previous moving or industry experience an asset but not required.

We are looking for energetic, hard-working people with great values and morales. As well you must be able to lift 100lbs on a semi regular basis.

Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
