Join a renowned company that offers many benefits to its employees As a Claims Analyst, you will be able to contribute to the company's growth by effectively and proactively managing a variety of claims such as life and disability claims files.

**On a day-to-day basis, you will**:

- Assess disability and life claims and determine eligibility for benefits while considering medical information, certificate of insurance provisions and the collection of additional information in order to make an informed decision;
- Actively and proactively managing claims and make use of all available sources and/or collaborate with medical consultants;
- Analyze, evaluate and make decisions for claims through discretionary decision making, excellent verbal and written skills, communication skills.

**Profile sought**:

- Minimum 3-5 years related experience in claims, insurance, financial or relevant experience in the health field
- Excellentes aptitudes linguistiques en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit en raison des interactions fréquentes avec une clientèle anglophone et francophone à travers le Canada
- College diploma or undergraduate degree or equivalent
- LOMA level 1 and CSI, ICA 1&3 (an asset)
- Medical knowledge
- Team spirit
- Good decision-making
- Autonomy and organizational skills
- Ability to working under pressure, proactive, self motivated
