**We’re recruiting FULL-TIME Personal Support Worker's (PSW's) for Ajax, ONTARIO to work for us for at least 4-6 months.**

**Job Duties for PSW**:

- Following the care plan, observing and reporting any substantial findings and/or changes in patient/resident/client’s behavior to the appropriate registered member of the healthcare team.
- Performing tasks delegated to them, ambulation, positioning, and transferring using mechanical lifts such as a Hoyer lift, ADLS
- Assisting or providing total personal care such as toileting, bathing, and perineal care
- Assisting with eating, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting nursing staff by answering call bells (In Hospitals and Long-Term care homes)
- Computer or paper documentation of Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) and other findings.

**Job Requirements**:

- Canadian certified PSW is a must.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months.
- TB test within the last 6 months
- Valid covid vaccination proof (2nd dose) is a must.
- Must be familiar with online charting (eg. MEDITECH, e-MAR, Point-Click-Care)
- .N95 Mask Fit
- Must be energetic and compassionate
- Should be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Should be comfortable working solely and/or in a team environment

**Salary**: $23.00- $28.00

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ontario: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- PSW certificate from College (required)
- NACC Certificate (if you have)

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
