**Overview**

As a partner to our clients we do not provide any manufacturing or printing services; we staff, manage and execute installation projects across Canada and the United States. We work in every type of environment including large event venues, airports, commercial offices, retail stores, hospitals, educational facilities and so on.

Our project managers are responsible for multiple simultaneous projects on behalf of many clients with a variety of technical installation requirements and complexities. The work is detailed with many moving parts and timelines are critical to our success, as is our accuracy and quality of installation.

This role will be fully remote after a successful in-person training period of 4 - 8 weeks.

**Duties**
- Manage the planning, execution, and completion of installation projects from inception to final delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Create accurate and regionally competitive estimates to meet client and internal budget objectives.

**Qualifications**
- 5 years proven experience managing in-field installation teams installing a variety of signage types including film, lit and non-lit signage, pin-mounts, plaques, lightboxes and fabrics, channel letters, hanging signs and retail displays.
- Strong understanding of installation estimating processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management, prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in installation processes is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.

Pay: $56,443.87-$65,000.00 per year
