We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced, live-in, Resident Building Manager for our Many apartments across Langford.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Leasing units, collecting rent, security deposits, screening applicants, assisting applicants and tenants with our online payment system.
- Showing the Rental Unit to applicants.
- Completing move outs and facilitating move ins
- Daily customer service to all tenants, applicants, and prospects.
- Submitting daily reports including vacancy reports and purchase orders
- Completing work orders and repairs to occupied units
- Bank Deposits
- Minor maintenance including patching walls, painting, repairs and installing appliances
- Assisting the cleaner as needed with cleaning of lobbies, hallways, parking lot and rental office.
- On-call during evenings & weekends
- Dealing with Tenant complaints
- Responding to emergency calls and coordinating with Management and Maintenance as needed.
- Must live on-site

Your qualifications include**:3 years of previous experience in residential property management
- ** Strong communication and organizational skills

- Strong cleaning skills
- Knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
