薪资水平：60,000-12,0000

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement **channel expansion strategies** aligned with business needs (online + offline).
- Plan, organize, and execute **offline promotional events** (school fairs, info sessions, etc.) to strengthen brand presence.
- Build partnerships with institutions (schools, language centers, law firms, real estate agencies, banks, etc.) and expand cross-industry networks in Canada.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across **social media platforms** (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin/TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
- Maintain and enhance existing channel relationships while identifying new opportunities.
- Collect and analyze market data, prepare reports, and share insights on industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support business development.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Canadian degree preferred).
- **5+ years of marketing experience** (online & offline), with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Hands-on experience with **digital marketing and social media advertising** (Canadian + Chinese platforms).
- Knowledge of immigration programs (EE, PNP, LMIA, RNIP, SUV, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Strong market awareness and ability to capture industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
