**Job Summary**
Clintar is hiring an Area Supervisor to oversee field operations within one of our Niagara areas.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise crew leaders and members, managing hiring, training, and daily operations in both landscape and snow seasons
- Assign equipment, conduct training in horticulture, customer relations, and safety
- Maintain facility organization, set work procedures, and ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, complete minor repairs when needed, and manage timesheets
- Utilize and understand our landscape software
- Plan and conduct ongoing crew training
- Prioritize customer satisfaction
- Promote teamwork and evaluate staff performance
- Occasionally contributes hands-on during tight deadlines
- Coordinate and report to our Operations Manager

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years in commercial landscape/snow required
- 2+ years experience in supervising 10-20 people daily
- Clean and valid driver’s license mandatory
- Expertise in heavy equipment operation
- University/college degree preferred
- Horticulture, Landscape, CLT, CIT, CHT, or ASM/CSP certifications are assets
- Proficient in writing reports, proposals, and business correspondence
- Capable of solving customer service challenges, interpreting various instructions, and performing calculations related to areas, percentages, and volumes
- Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliability and the ability to respond to emergencies or work during irregular hours, such as nights and weekends, may be required.
