**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize state-of-the-art recruitment tools and platforms to increase job visibility and optimize processe;

- Coordinate all recruitment and selection processes, from defining the profile to hiring;
- Ensure the quality and speed of processes, using effective methodologies and tools;
- Ensure compliance with Canadian and US labor and immigration laws;
