As aLead Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our IT& Cloud Operations mission—helping shape the teams that keep our cloud solutions running seamlessly and securely. What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical technical and corporate roles, from sourcing and assessment to offers.
- Champion our employer brand through creative recruitment campaigns, events, and talent engagement initiatives.
- Leverage market insights and technology, including ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Phenom to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed
- 5-8 years of recruiting experience across technical and corporate functions, driving results in fast-paced environments.
- Relationship builder and trusted advisor, quickly earning the confidence of senior leaders, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
- Expert talent finder with strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Tech-curious and adaptable, comfortable with ATS systems, Phenom, and other recruiting platforms, eager to learn new tools and techniques.
- Passionate about uncovering top talent, leveraging data, creativity, and innovative strategies to deliver results.
- Thrive in a fast-changing environment, adapting quickly and staying effective as priorities evolve.
