Lead our confidence journey as **Assistant Clinic Manager **at our Scarborough Town Centre clinic.

As the **Assistant Clinic Manager**, you’ll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by:

- **Leading by Example**: Assist the Clinic Manager to motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.

**We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- Canadian Medical Aesthetics diploma or certificate (essential)
- Laser Hair Removal certification (essential)
- Experience in an assistant or supervising position
- Experience treating advanced Laser and skin treatments, with a focus on excellent customer service and results

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Team management: 1 year (required)
- medical aesthetics: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Canadian Laser Technician Certificate (required)
- Canadian Medical Aesthetics Diploma (required)
