We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team Bean Pemberton. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Assist with food preparation and handling, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold quality control measures by regularly checking product freshness and presentation.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment and promote menu items.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and operating POS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
