The Shed is a cozy, community-focused café and restaurant known for quality coffee, great food, and friendly service. Along with our specialty coffee program, we also serve a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and versatile team player who can jump in wherever needed — from crafting espresso drinks to serving alcohol and helping out front-of-house.

**Position**:
We are hiring an **All-Rounder Barista** to join our close-knit team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has strong people skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks
- Serve beer, wine, and cocktails responsibly
- Provide warm and welcoming customer service
- Assist with food prep and serving when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of café and work areas
- Operate POS system and handle cash/transactions
- Support team members in all areas as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous barista experience preferred, but training available for the right person
- Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
