We are currently in search of a Seed Plant Operator for our PALMERSTON location.

This role will consist of:

- Working with a phenomenal team of agriculture passionate people
- Enjoying an environment that is innovative, flexible and caring
- Learning skills in a brand new, state-of-the-art, vertical seed plant
- Operation duties include but are not limited to:

- Efficiently operate all equipment used in seed treating and packaging process
- Bagging and loading of processed commodities
- Bin cleanouts and transfer of commodities
- Assist with warehouse management with a focus on safety and quality control as it pertains to inbound/outbound inventory
- General maintenance including housekeeping of facility, equipment, and grounds
- Inventory, tagging and record keeping
- Building and maintaining a strong safety culture
- Support the Palmerston location team

Skills Required:

- Mechanically inclined
- Excellent communication and Team Player
- Exceptional problem solving, time management
- Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy in busy environments with tight deadlines
- Able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and noisy and dusty environments

Agriculture Experience an Asset but we are absolutely WILLING TO TRAIN

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
