As the **Marketing and Client Relationship Coordinator ** you will be part of a critical team working within a variety of clinicians to Client experience deliver outstanding client experiences at every interaction in line with Trinova's brand promise. Provide full-service solutions for clients with the view to be every client’s primary health partner.
- Day-to-day responsibility for on-site client satisfaction.
- Liaison with clients to establish new business and ensure continuous service.
- Scheduling clients

You will have experience within the health care industry to support your understanding of the processes we follow and the products and services we recommend.

Working well in a team is important. Working individually and managing your own workload will also be required as part of the role.

Ideally you will have a post-secondary graduate degree or diploma in Marketing or Business combined with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, tracking campaign KPIs along with an expert understanding of integrated digital campaigns.

An innovative and critical thinker with strong judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail.

A strong relationship builder with excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. Your proven business acumen enables you to advise internal clients on appropriate messaging and marketing and communications campaigns for Trinova

A proven writer with excellent editing skills.

An experienced multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
