Nesma Construction is looking for skilled Civil Operators to join our team on projects located in Langford, Colwood, and Victoria, BC. The Civil Operator is responsible for operating a variety of heavy civil equipment used in construction projects, including excavators, loaders, graders, and more. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of construction tasks on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and other machinery used in civil construction.
- Execute tasks according to project plans and specifications, including digging, grading, trenching, and earthmoving.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the site team, including foremen, engineers.
