**Summary**:
As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Connected Vehicles team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy in the day-to-day tasks as well as daily reports. As a key member of the CV Team, you will be supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value for our people.

Job Duties:

- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence
- Facilitate customer orders and follow-through, daily, weekly, monthly
- Coordinate packing, shipping product on a daily, weekly basis
- Scanning documents
- CRM experience preferred
- Other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma Preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in an office setting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Drive to be the friendliest person on the other end of the line.
- Someone who can wear many hats in a day and look good doing it (i.e. True Multitasker)
- Deadlines are part of this role, so you gotta love them
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude with a friendly smile.
- Valid G class driver's license.

**Salary**: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
