We have a Great NEW Opportunity for a **Skilled Construction Labourer** - **Part Time Permanent.**

We are a rapidly growing general contractor in Burnaby, BC. There is a lot of room for you to grow/excel with the company and expand your role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Load, unload, and move construction materials to work areas
- Other duties as required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding duties
- Previous experience in a general contracting company is an asset
- Organized, punctual and reliable with a positive attitude
- Enthusiastic and hard working
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- First Aid certification is an asset but not essential
- Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle is an asset
- Carpenter experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
