**Channel Marketing Supervisor**
- Are you ready to manage the strategic channel marketing initiatives, driving sales success for both B2B and B2C channels in a dynamic and innovative environment?
- Can you envision yourself maintaining strong relationships with external partners to promote B2B products and services while enhancing Canon Canada’s market presence and industry influence?
- As the Channel Marketing Supervisor, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Communication and will play a pivotal role in supervising the sales and marketing initiatives to support Canon Canada’s B2B and B2C dealer channels. You will oversee a team, develop and execute strategic marketing programs, coordinate promotions, and ensure effective communication with dealers and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and monitor strategic marketing programs for Canon dealer channels.
- Work with different stakeholders to plan, develop and execute quarterly promotions for all sales channels to meet sales targets.
- Supervise the channel marketing team to support Product Marketing with product launches and ongoing sales tools creation.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to plan and execute high-impact communications.
- Oversee the maintenance of retail merchandising functions for online and in-store channels.
- Supervise the channel marketing team in ensuring successful product launches into the dealer channel, including product setup, announcements, and delivery.
- Give direction to ensure that the channel marketing team updates and maintains Canon Canada’s B2B dealer portal.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners to promote B2B products and services.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Technical Marketing teams to execute dealer-level online promotions.
**To Succeed, You Will Need**:
- Post-Secondary education in Business is required; 5 years of marketing in B2B or B2C may substitute for the educational requirement.
- 3+ years of Channel Marketing or related work experience is required.
- Strong time management/multi-tasking skills to balance multiple priorities and to ensure deadlines are met.
- Intermediate analytical skills are required to analyze data and provide recommendations.
- Intermediate project/process management skills are required to contribute in projects across various teams.
- Basic computer skills are required, including Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- French language proficiency is considered an asset.
