Champion Lock & Safe is a growing full-service locksmithing company that is looking to hire a full-time service and installation technician to work in Halton Region, as well as the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas.

We service mostly commercial clients who rely on our experience and attention to detail to ensure their properties are well maintained and secure.

Employees will be expected to work independently in residential, commercial, and industrial settings to install and repair door hardware (panic bars, locksets, door closers, automatic openers, etc.), and replacement doors and frames.

A company service vehicle and tools will be provided.

Overtime and on-call work will be required, however, it is limited.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude with practical experience
- G class drivers’ license
- Clean criminal record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Friendly and positive attitude

**The ideal applicant will have experience with**:

- Locksmithing (2+ years)
- Door and frame installation
- Low voltage electrical systems

Successful applicants will be required to provide a drivers abstract and criminal background check.

Compensation ranges from $20-$40 per hour depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
