- **Chuck Burger**_ is looking for a dedicated General Manager to join our team and help us serve delicious, Burgers with hospitality in mind.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Kitchen Management**_**: Oversee kitchen operations to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
- _**Staff Leadership**_**: Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- **_**Hiring & Training**:_** Recruit and onboard new team members, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
- **_**Scheduling**_**: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- **_**Inventory Control**:_** Maintain accurate inventory levels, placing orders as needed to keep our kitchen stocked.
- **_**Systems Improvement**:_** Identify areas for operational improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.

- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment and build rapport with staff.
- A hands-on approach to training and development, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

- A respect for food quality and safety, ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible.
- Must be available on Weekends and all Holidays

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
