What Will You Do:
- Ensures a safe work environment, promotes a safety culture and actively works to achieve goal zero. Promptly reports every incident, near miss, or injury to leader as soon as feasibly possible- Responsible for basic project ownership- Learn to manage complexity- Begin to embody resilience and a strong customer focus- Be responsible for relentless safety focus- Learn the basics in troubleshooting, solutions and problem solving in a team territory- Learn field level analytical techniques and procedures-
- Assist the field organization to identify needs, problems, determine effective solutions and help document specifications. Help Identify account opportunities and coordinate with Sales teams.- Assist with customer support for jeopardy situations.- Work closely with current customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within team territory- Partner in execution of team territories sales growth plans in collaboration with Sales under regular supervision of senior leaders- Learn to develop technically appropriate product selection to maximize profitability when recommending products and programs- Assist in learning to collaboratively influence, read and/or respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and Specifications- Expected to align priorities in support of sales pyramid- Actively participate in sales campaigns across area of responsibility- Coordinate technical review of must keep and must win accounts- Assist with collection of samples and conducts laboratory analysis associated with troubleshooting, system survey, and product selection- Participate in field trials, audits and support activities- Learn basic troubleshooting of specific customer problems- Begin to engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels

Position Details:
- Office located in Grande Prairie, AB- Work week and shift: Monday to Friday- Travel more than 10%, possible overnight travel to support team territory

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or technical diploma in relevant field- Up to 2 years of industry experience- No immigration sponsorship offered

Physical Demands:
- Able to bend, squat down, and reach above your head- Ability to climb stairs and ladders- This position is deemed safety-sensitive and will require a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
