**Job Description**:
M-F 07:30H - 16:00H

**GENERAL PURPOSE**

Responsible for the administration of all Contractor Relations programs.

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain contractor and driver database
- Maintain all contractor/driver files
- Coordinate DOT drug testing program
- Coordinate Contractor Uniform program
- Provide administrative support for the Contractor Relations Coordinator
- Assist Operations with Contractor recruiting by providing timely and accurate reference checks
- Assist in the attraction of qualified Contractors
- Responsible for coordination of FXFC communication devices

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School Diploma - Post Secondary education preferred
- One year general office experience
- Bilingual (French-English) an asset
- Valid driver’s license as driving to permit office will be required
- Knowledge of Federal and Provincial Governmental Transportation Regulations and others as needed
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook)
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environment

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Must be able to travel
