**Responsibilities**
- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble upholstery (seats, cushions, covers, enclosures, etc.)
- Read and interpret design patterns, measurements, and templates
- Work with materials such as vinyl, Sunbrella, foam, and high end grade fabrics
- Cut, measure, and sew materials to exact specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to complete custom projects
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure safe and efficient use of tools and equipment

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a sewing machine operator, preferably in marine or automotive upholstery
- Strong understanding of industrial sewing techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or patterns
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in marine or automotive upholstery
- Familiarity with pattern-making and cutting foam or vinyl
- Knowledge of marine hardware and installation techniques

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
