- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble garments and outerwear according to specifications.
- Ensure accurate stitching and finishing of products, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Work with various fabrics and materials, adjusting machine settings as necessary.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sewing machine operator in garment or outerwear production (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and knowledge of different sewing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on different projects and adapt to changing priorities.

We are a positive, enthusiastic, and casual shop. There is no dress code, and parking is available within a block or two.
