Country Grocer at **Cobble Hill** is looking for a **Deli Clerk****:

- Part-time**to join our family The deli department is responsible for making mouth-watering meals and tasty fresh salads, top quality deli sandwiches and pizza, and platters. All done to the highest quality that our customers expect.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety policies, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives
- Prepare, packages, and label meals, entrees, salad, party trays, and other deli products
- Provide customer service to meet customer needs
- Process customer’s deli orders
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per company standards
- Other duties as required

**Experience**:

- Related retail experience is an asset but not required
- No work experience is welcome to apply

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to safely bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to walk and stand for a long period of hours
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures
- A high-level of motivation and a proactive attitude
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service and to comply with established department procedures and safe work practice
- A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback

**Schedule Requirements**:
