**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Assist customers over the phone or in person with choosing the right piece of equipment for their project.
- Quote pricing and availability on equipment.
- Process and close rental contracts daily using Texada Software.
- Use Microsoft Excel to plan and organize daily tasks.
- Coordinate with the service department on all rental equipment and service/repair issues to the rental fleet.
- Help maintain a clean and organized showroom and warehouse.
- Build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
