Full Time Customer Service Representative

**Overview**
La Maison K is looking to hire a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team As an important team member of La Maison K, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced operation. You will also have the chance to work in one of Ottawa's busiest bakeries that features our amazing French pastries, cakes, artisan desserts, creperie, pre-cooked meals and catering businesses. You won’t get this kind of experience anywhere else
**As a Customer Service Representative, your main duties and responsibilities include**:
- Consistently welcome and greet customers with a smile and a warm and positive attitude
- Respond to customer inquiries in-person, and via phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have
- Taking orders (suggesting your favourites and our feature items), answering questions about menu items and processing payments
- Preparing, heating and finishing food and drinks
- Assembling orders and packaging take-out and in-dining options
- Stock displays, freezers and drink coolers
- Keep all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety of our customers, teammates, and yourself
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with upselling products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while ensuring clear communication with customers
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery
- Occasional local order deliveries
**Who you are matters**:
While previous experience working in food service, retail as a cashier, barista, food prep, or customer service is helpful, the most important thing to us is who you are

**What we offer**:
- Between 32-40+ hours weekly
- Pay range from $18.00-$21.00 per hour
