**The Job at a Glance**

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by overseeing day-to-day operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope. This hands-on role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to design, implement, coordinate project timelines, track progress, manage resources, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure smooth execution, address challenges, and align all project components from design to delivery. The projects led by this role are high-impact initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

**A Typical Day**
- Coordinate tasks and resources to ensure project milestones are met on time
- Administrative duties such as documentation, meeting scheduling, and file management
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members to ensure clarity
- Monitor project performance and validate successful completion of deliverables
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and status updates for stakeholders
- Meet with diverse leaders and stakeholders to assess needs, define requirements, acceptance criteria and set project timelines
- Schedule and mediate sessions to align teams and address prioritized project issues
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they understand expectations and milestones
- Foster cross-team collaboration to support timely completion of project tasks and deliverables
- Assist with project analysis, ROI impact, and build presentations to communicate results and next steps
- Work with PMO team on project management techniques, guidance, or technical assistance

**To Land This Opportunity**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing customer-facing, value-driven projects
- Expertise in the MS Office suite, with familiarity in other project management tools and methodologies
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- PMP is an asset
- Must have experience with a current ERP system
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
