Vetster is looking for a talented and results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing the Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, drive app downloads and increase appointment bookings, through our partner channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, product, and marketing, to execute channel marketing programs and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of channel dynamics, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in channel marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and onboard strategic channel partners, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs, sales tools, and marketing collateral to enable channel partners to effectively promote and sell our products/services.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to channel partners, assisting them in achieving their sales targets and maximizing revenue generation.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and programs that drive demand generation and lead conversion.
- Create and execute co-marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, events, webinars, content creation, and other marketing activities.
- Measure the effectiveness of co-marketing campaigns and programs, tracking key metrics and analyzing results to optimize performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, maintaining regular communication to provide updates, share marketing resources, and gather feedback.
- Conduct partner business reviews to assess performance, discuss opportunities, and address challenges or concerns.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, including sales data, lead generation, conversion rates, and market share.
- Provide regular reports and insights on channel marketing activities, performance, and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3+ years in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and the B2B marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable channel marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- This is a hybrid position based in Toronto
