**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, and circuits for heating systems (e.g., thermostats, sensors, heating elements, control panels).
- Use blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to assemble electrical components accurately.
- Cut, strip, and connect wires, ensuring they are properly secured and insulated.
- Mount electrical components onto assemblies.
- Perform electrical tests to verify functionality and safety, including voltage, current, and continuity checks.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in components or systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Assist in the repair of electrical components or assemblies as needed, ensuring mínimal downtime in production.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations in handling electrical systems and components.
- Ensure that all tools, materials, and equipment are used in a safe and proper manner.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electrical assembly, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and safety standards.
- Experience with basic hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Installation and wiring of electrical components.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 30-50 pounds.
