In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and positive environment, where your efforts directly impact the growth and success of the company. **What You'll Be Doing**: - **Selling with Passion**: Use your expertise to effectively sell our products over the phone or in person, tailoring solutions to fit customer needs. - **Account Management**: Develop and manage strong customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and nurturing long-term relationships. - **Collaborative Approach**: Work alongside our departments and subcontractors to meet sales goals and exceed expectations. - **Customer Presentations**: Deliver engaging, well-prepared presentations to showcase our offerings and build trust with new and existing customers. Adapting to what works the best. - **Service Excellence**: Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring clients feel valued and heard. - **Industry Experience**: Bring your knowledge of trade work, landscaping, construction, or related fields to the table for product-specific selling strategies. **What We’re Looking For**: - **Sales Experience**: At least 2 years in sales, ideally in industries related to construction, landscaping, trade work, or home improvement. - **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make lasting connections and provide superior customer service. - **Results-Oriented**: Proven track record of exceeding sales goals, with a desire to grow and succeed. - **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors to achieve success. - **Industry Knowledge**: Experience or knowledge in landscaping, construction, trade work, or similar fields. - **Driven & Eager**: You have a strong desire to get things done and succeed right away.
