We are a dynamic trading and retail group looking to expand our digital footprint. We are seeking an **E-commerce Specialist** who knows that "posting a product" is just the beginning. You understand the algorithms behind **Amazon Seller Central**, the SEO required for **Shopify**, and the logistics of getting a package from our warehouse to the customer’s door. Update banners, manage product collections, and ensure site speed/functionality. - **Listing Optimization**: Write SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, and descriptions. Ensure images are high-res and compliant with platform rules. - **Inventory Sync**: Monitor stock levels across all channels to prevent overselling. Coordinate with the warehouse team on inbound shipments. - **PPC & Marketing**: Manage basic ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Products, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic to listings. - **Customer Service**: Handle escalated e-commerce inquiries (returns, shipping delays, reviews management). **What We Are Looking For**: - **Experience**: 2+ years managing an Amazon Seller Central account or a high-volume Shopify store. - **Tech Stack**: Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) is mandatory for bulk uploads. Experience with tools like **Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or ShipStation** is a strong asset. - **Language**: Strong written English is required for listing creation. Functional French is required for local operations. (Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset but _not_ required). - **Problem Solver**: You know what to do when a listing gets suppressed or an ASIN gets merged. - **Detail Oriented**: You double-check pricing before publishing.
