**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated expertise in kitchen line work or a related culinary field.
- **Menu Preparation**: Hands-on experience in crafting diverse menus and managing ingredient inventory and orders.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations within a professional kitchen.
- **Exceptional Organization**: Strong organizational skills to ensure seamless kitchen operations, even during busy periods.
- **Conflict Resolution**: A proactive and effective approach to resolving challenges in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative attitude and the ability to contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- **Culinary Education (preferred)**: Certification from a recognized culinary school or a degree in Restaurant Management.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Spanish is a must.
