**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers upon arrival and carry out the check-in process in accordance with the dealership policies/procedures.
- Identify customer needs/concerns and prepare legible and detailed repair orders with approval for initial diagnostics.
- Answer telephone calls to provide current status updates on trucks being repaired in the shop and to book detailed appointments in the calendar schedule.
- Invoice cash sales and net 30 account holders work orders and call customers for prompt pickups.
- Stay up to date on technical and performance information on all MACK and Volvo trucks service by our dealership

**What we are looking for**:

- Post secondary diploma/degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience with scheduling in an automotive environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of or ability to understand the mechanics of a vehicle
- Ability to set effective, efficient time schedules
- Ability to prioritize workflow
- Ability to think strategically about ways of enhancing shop performance and productivity
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- The ability effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
