**Summary**
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at S.E.A. Consulting. This role is vital in supporting our HR functions across our companies, focusing on talent acquisition, employee management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The position is based in Canada and plays a key role in fostering a productive work environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with data entry tasks related to HR management systems.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employee training programs and performance evaluation processes.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
- Provide support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles, preferably within a consulting or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and human resources management practices.
- Proficiency in HR software such as UltiPro, SAP, or Oracle is an asset.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
