**Overview**

Join our team to perform essential repairs and maintenance of roads, sidewalks, curbs, catch basins, and manholes. You'll also be involved in construction work related to sewer repairs, trails, sports fields, parks, and creeks.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Roads Maintenance**: Work as a Roads Maintainer on an assigned crew during the summer and handle winter maintenance duties as assigned in the winter.
- ** Asphalt Work**: Conduct pre-trip inspections, road repairs, utility cuts, crack sealing, pothole repairs, infrared repairs, and asphalt plant.
- ** Concrete Work**: Perform pre-trip inspections, install and repair sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, repair manholes and catch basins, and perform mud-jacking.
- ** Construction**: Assist with community trails, sports fields, courts, and sewer projects.
- ** Snow Removal**: Operate single/dual axle dump trucks (tandem) with plow, wing, a variety of salters and anti-icing to remove and haul snow, make salt brine, operate sidewalk plows, and shovel snow.
- ** Other Duties**: Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Valid MTO DZ class driver's license in good standing.
- Demonstrated communication skills with an ability to keep accurate written records.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability for winter callouts as required.
- Must be reliable with a positive attitude, and a good employment record.
