**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. As an Owner Operator, you will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently while managing your own vehicle. This role requires strong driving skills, knowledge of automotive repair, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of service.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on the vehicle as needed.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the road.

**Qualifications**
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably as an owner operator.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and practices.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts.
- Ability to handle freight safely and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
