You’ll target mid to large-sized companies, helping them with their IT infrastructure needs and guiding them through the sales process. If you love a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to grow with a results-driven team, this is the role for you. **Key responsibilities include,** - Focus on mid to large-size organizations across the US, overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure - Develop and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline to exceed monthly and annual quotas - Foster long-term relationships with IT Management teams and ensure client satisfaction - Address client issues and concerns promptly and professionally - Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors and manufacturers - Utilize CRM and Salesforce to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline - Collaborate with your manager and team to enhance your sales skills - Actively participate in team meetings and trainings for continuous improvement **Additional requirements include,** - Bachelor’s degree preferred - 3-5 years of sales experience (account executive, account manager, territory manager) - Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales tools - Relentless passion to close deals and exceed quota - Strong relationship-building and nurturing skills - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills - Someone who thrives in a challenging yet rewarding environment that brings together competition and culture within a team. - An undeniable work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement **What MainMicro Offers**: - Base salary + commission - Group insurance after 3 months of hire date - Both USD & CAD holidays - Choose to start anytime between 8am-9:30am - Professional and personal development in a company experiencing strong growth. - A positive working environment characterized by our core values: Transparency, Integrity, Mutual Respect & Pursuit of Excellence. - Regular off-site team events. - Quarterly "Lunch & Learn" trainings - 8-hour day including lunch and two breaks. **************** Chez MainMicro, nous nous spécialisons dans les solutions informatiques, servant fièrement des clients aux États-Unis et au Canada. Si vous aimez un environnement dynamique et collaboratif et souhaitez grandir au sein d'une équipe axée sur les résultats, ce poste est fait pour vous. **Les responsabilités clés incluent**: - Se concentrer sur des organisations de taille intermédiaire à grande aux États-Unis, en supervisant l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la clôture - Développer et maintenir un pipeline d'opportunités sain pour dépasser les quotas mensuels et annuels - Favoriser des relations à long terme avec les équipes de gestion informatique et garantir la satisfaction des clients - Répondre rapidement et professionnellement aux problèmes et préoccupations des clients - Établir de solides relations avec les partenaires de distribution, les distributeurs et les fabricants - Utiliser des outils CRM et Salesforce pour suivre les activités de vente et gérer le pipeline - Collaborer avec votre responsable et votre équipe pour améliorer vos compétences en vente - Participer activement aux réunions d'équipe et aux formations pour une amélioration continue **Exigences supplémentaires**: - Diplôme de baccalauréat préféré - 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente (représentant de compte, gestionnaire de compte, gestionnaire de territoire) - Expérience avec des logiciels CRM tels que Salesforce, HubSpot et autres outils de vente - Pass
