ERP Systems Administrator

Overview:

- We have an exciting and challenging new opportunity to join our Information Systems team. This role will report to the Manager, Information Systems. You will work primarily to maintain our Cloud-based best of bread solution (IFS, UKG, iCIMS, Salesforce and Logic App integration hub). You will be adept at developing and administering system administration for integrated ERP solutions.

**of experience with Cloud ERP systems.**

**What you’ll be doing**:
Oversees and maintains optimal function of ERP best of breads business system, including administration, maintenance, and upgrade of the systems.-
- Manages access, permissions, and confidentiality.-
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance.-
- Ensures system compliance with system security, data security and privacy requirements.-
- Be proactive and maintain knowledge of trends and developments in IS providers, vendors, and technology.-
- Technical guidance and support to administrative, technical, and clerical staff on the operation and maintenance of the data systems.-
- Develop SOP's and documentation and ensure existing documentation is up to date and organized.-
- Help with projects such as data and workflow management, performance, and projects.-
- Provide creative process improvement recommendations to help internal customer service, legal compliance and to increase efficiency.-
- Involvement in manual and automated testing.- Design and deploy SIEM solutions.-
- Perform mass data updates, exports, imports, and clean ups.-
- Provides support to any complaints, issues, system outages.-
- Assess upcoming business systems releases for bug fixes and new functionality. Help in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases.-
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with ERP software and database structure.**We would love to**

Previous experience designing architecture for an ERP or similarly complex, multi-layered solution.-
- ITIL certification a plus.-
- Experience with IFS/UKG’s UltiPro (Core HR and Payroll modules) and logic app is an asset-
- 5+ years of ERP Security Design, Implementation, and Administration experience.-
- Knowledge of IT access controls and change management processes.-
- Hands on experience with software implementation and/or excellent proficiency in working with computers and software programs are preferred.Certification in Azure, Logic App a plus-
- Experience in data mining, building Excel models, Power BI reports, analysis, and reporting.-
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases, and ERP systems.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.-
