**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work within Business Central ERP system for all accounting tasks
- Oversee AR/AP invoicing and payments
- Data entry and database management, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the accounting system
- Reconcile bank account and credit card monthly
- Solid understanding of COGS and inventory flow
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks
- Process GST, PST, QST monthly
- Record day to day financial transactions
- Assist in processing biweekly payroll
- Prepare year-end journal for accountants to complete annual financial statements
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 3+ years’ experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Ability to analyze data and assist with COGS calculations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP accounting software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Driver’s license or reliable form of transportation

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
