**More About the role**:
It takes a special kind of person to do this job. Those most successful in this role are helpful, meticulous, and a team player.

**Job Duties**:
**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Assisting the asset accountants in activating the new fleet and deactivating the old fleet.
- Assisting AR with cash receipts.
- Assisting AR with reconciling customer accounts and sending out statements.
- Assisting cash management with daily closeouts and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assisting AP with data entry of accounts payable invoices into the accounting system
- Assisting AP with reconciling vendor statements and Visa statements and requesting copies of any missing invoices.
- Completing general office tasks including filing, faxing and photocopying.
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate Excel skills.
- No experience required.
- Customer Focus.
- Quality Orientation.
- Must possess both oral and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving, interpersonal and attention to details skills.
- Accountability and Dependability.
- Team oriented and data entry skills.
